This Privacy Policy explains how MES Marine collects and uses personal data when you visit mesmarine.com.tr or contact us. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

Mavi Marine, Turkuaz Marine and Lacivert Marine are brands of MES Marine. Their own websites have their own privacy notices.
2. Personal data we collect
- Contact data you send us by email or phone: name, company, position, email address, phone number and the content of your message, including any project or yacht details you choose to share.
- Technical data recorded automatically by our hosting server: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, date and time.
- Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pseudonymous usage information collected by Google Analytics 4, such as pages viewed, approximate location (city or country), device and session data.
- Your cookie choice, stored in your own browser.
We do not ask for special categories of personal data (such as health data). Please do not send such data to us unless it is strictly necessary.

- Public authorities, courts or regulators, when required by law.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
6. International transfers
Because we operate in Türkiye and the U.A.E. and use international service providers, personal data may be transferred to countries other than your own, including Türkiye, the U.A.E., EU/EEA countries, the United Kingdom and the United States. 7. How long we keep personal data
- Enquiry correspondence: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless it leads to a contract.
- Contract-related records: for the statutory retention and limitation periods, generally up to 10 years.
- Server logs: up to 12 months.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months.
- Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we ask you again.
8. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected, deleted or restricted, object to processing based on legitimate interests, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information by email.
10. Children
This website is intended for professional and adult audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
